What we know about you

Terra Naza sells handmade beaded portraits at terranaza.com. This page says what personal data we collect, why, who else sees it, and how you have it removed. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect. When you buy, we receive your name, email, postal address and the country of your card, because a portrait cannot be delivered without them. We never see your card number: it is typed on Stripe's own checkout page and stays with Stripe.

When you only visit. The site loads fonts from Google and a Meta advertising pixel, which records that a browser opened a page and, if you buy, that a purchase happened. That reaches Meta with an identifier for your browser, not with your name. Browser settings and ad blockers stop it.

Why we hold it. To ship your order, answer your emails, handle a return, and keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who else sees it. Stripe, which takes the payment and screens it for fraud. The carrier, which needs your address to deliver. Meta, for the advertising measurement described above. Nobody else, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

How long. Order and invoice records for as long as tax law requires, ten years at most. Emails for three years. Advertising identifiers for the period Meta applies to its own pixel data.

Your rights. Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, and we act within thirty days. Deletion cannot remove an invoice we are legally obliged to keep. Write to [email protected].

Security. The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data never touches our servers. The order details we do hold sit in access-controlled accounts used only by the people who pack and ship your parcel.

Children. Nothing here is sold to anyone under sixteen.

Changes. If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
