Who you buy from. Terra Naza, which sells handmade beaded portrait sculptures at terranaza.com and answers at [email protected].
What you buy. A portrait modelled in Cameroon clay and covered by hand in glass beads, 22 by 12 cm and about 1.2 kg. Every piece is made one at a time, so colour and bead pattern vary slightly from the photographs. That variation is the object, not a defect.
One of one. Each portrait in the register exists once. When it sells, its page closes. If two orders reach us for the same piece, the second is refunded in full within five working days.
Price and payment. €169 per portrait, shipping included, taken by Stripe at the moment of the order. Import duties, where a country applies them, are yours. Prices can change for future orders, never for one already paid.
Delivery. Dispatch within three working days, then five to fifteen working days depending on the destination, tracked and insured. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.
Returns. Fourteen days from delivery, on the terms in shipping and delivery, which forms part of these terms.
What we answer for. Delivering the portrait you ordered, in the condition described, and refunding you when we cannot. We do not answer for delays caused by customs or a carrier, nor for damage caused after delivery by handling, water or direct sun.
Images and text. The photographs, films and writing on this site belong to Terra Naza and may not be reused commercially without written permission.
Disputes. Write to us first, almost everything is settled by email in a day. Any dispute that survives that is governed by the law of the seller's country of registration.
