Dispatch. Each portrait leaves the workshop within three working days of payment, double-boxed in a carved foam crate, insured and tracked door to door.
Delivery. Europe and North America take five to ten working days once dispatched, other destinations up to fifteen. Customs delays are outside our hands and we chase them with you.
Shipping cost. Included in the €169 price, worldwide, with no surcharge at checkout.
Duties and taxes. Import duties, where a country applies them, are payable by the buyer. Every parcel is declared honestly as handmade art at its real value.
Your tracking number. Emailed the day the portrait leaves the workshop. If it has not reached you within four working days of your payment, write to [email protected] and we send it again.
A parcel that stops moving. We open a claim with the carrier ourselves rather than sending you to them. If tracking still shows no delivery thirty days after dispatch, the order is refunded in full.
Wrong address. Tell us the same day you order and we correct it before dispatch, at no cost. Once a parcel is in transit the carrier decides whether a change is possible.
